摘 要:通过多道次搅拌摩擦加工5083铝合金材料,细化材料晶粒,使用倒置金相显微镜分析其晶体结构、微观形貌,然后对试样进行高温拉伸实验,通过分析其材料的延伸率、应力和应变的情况,研究试样材料的超塑性性能。研究表明:经过多道次搅拌摩擦加工后,材料晶粒细化均匀;通过高温拉伸试验,其延伸率是未进行加工的2.6倍。多道次搅拌摩擦加工成本较低,具备加工大面积铝合金材料的能力,这种加工方式在铝合金晶粒细化的加工中有着广阔的应用前景。5083 Aluminum Alloy was processed by mul ti -pass friction sti r technology to ref ine grain. The crystal structure and micromorphology of sample materials were researched by inverted metallurgical microscope,and then the specimens were experimented with the high temperature tensile. We researchedthe superplastic properties of specimens by the analysis of elongation rate , s t re s s an d s t ra in . T h e re s u l ts show that grain refinement is uniform by use of the multi-pass friction stir processing ; a f te r th e e x p e r im e n t of high temperature tensile , th e e longat ion ra te is 2. 6 t imes as muc h as whi le i t is n o t processed.Meanwhile the low cost of multi-pass friction stir processing has the condition of processing Aluminum Alloy material in a large area, a n d ma k e s this p ro c e s s in g method have a g o o d a p p l ic a t io n p ro s p e c t in th e processing of grain refinement of Aluminum Alloy.
