胫骨结节骨牵引防滑脱装置临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:介绍我院自行研制的胫骨结节骨牵引防滑脱装置在临床中的应用,减少胫骨结节牵引出现的并发症。方法:胫骨结节骨牵引60例患者,随机抽取30例患者使用我院自行研制的胫骨结节骨牵引防滑脱装置为试验组,30例行传统胫骨结节骨牵引为对照组。比较两组患者的手术时间以及并发症的发生情况。结果:试验组患者的手术时间稍长,但和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组未发生退钉并发症,1例出现针道口感染。对照组20例出现退钉并发症,9例发生针道口感染。结论:与传统胫骨结节骨牵引相比,使用了胫骨结节骨牵引防滑脱装置并发症少,适合临床推广。Objective To introduce our hospital developed by tibial tubercle traction non - skid device in the clinical applica-tion ,reduce the complications of tibial tubercle traction. Method Tibial tubercle traction 60 patients,30 patients were randomly selected using developed by our hospital tibial tubercle traction non - skid device as the experimental group,30 routine traditional tibial tubercle traction to the control group. Comparison of two groups of patients with surgical time and complica-tions. Results The patient^ trial operation time was a bit long,but compared to control group was not statistically difference（P 〉 0. 05）. Experimental group did not return a nail complications occurred, needle crossing infection in 1 case. Control group 20 ca-ses with complications, back crossing infection 9 cases occurred needle. Conclusion Compared with traditional tibial tubercle traction, the use of the tibial tubercle traction non - skid device fewer complications, is suitable for clinical promotion.
