动态血糖检测联合胰岛素控制妊娠期糖尿病血糖水平的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨动态血糖检测联合胰岛素控制妊娠期糖尿病血糖水平的临床疗效。方法:选取收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者92例,按随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各46例。两者患者均给予胰岛素治疗,观察组采用动态血糖监测仪检测血糖,对照组采用血糖仪常规监测指尖血糖。结果:治疗2周后,两组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组降低幅度较对照组大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者血糖控制时间、症状缓解时间及住院时间均较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:动态血糖检测联合胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病可有效地控制血糖,缩短血糖控制时间、症状缓解时间及住院时间。Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of control blood sugar levels for gestational diabetes patients by using dynamic blood sugar monitoring and insulin treatment. Method 92 cases of patients with gestational diabetes were select-ed ,according to the method of random Numbers they were divided into observation group （n = 46） and control group （n = 4 6 ） . All patients were given insulin therapy, observation group was detected blood sugar by blood sugar dynamic monitor. Control group detected by regular monitoring of blood glucose. Results 2 weeks after treatment, two groups of patients with FPG,2 h PG level was reduced,And reduction in observation group was more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 001） ; Observation group of patients with blood sugar control, symptom relief time and hospital stay were relatively less in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion Dynamic blood glucose with insulin therapy gestational diabetes can effectively control blood sugar,reduce blood sugar control time,the time of symptoms,and the length of hospital stay,reduce the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia,high bilirubin concentration.
