摘　　要：目的:评估医院口腔科及个体口腔诊所职业暴露后的接触后预防水平。方法:选取48所医院门诊口腔科和个体口腔诊所的150名发生职业暴露的医务人员,填写调查问卷,调查职业暴露后采取的预防控制措施及相关知识。采用Excel 2010建库,SPSS11.0软件进行数据统计处理。结果:口腔科及个体口腔诊所医务人员职业暴露知识缺乏,与其受教育程度、服务机构、工作年限、是否参加过医院感染控制会议有显著关系(P<0.05)。职业暴露处置措施不到位,调查研究显示分别有70%,58%,和65%的人员认为职业暴露后的预防措施对预防HIV、HBv、HCV感染没有任何作用。职业暴露后只有少数人接受PEP的一系列预防措施。结论:应加强医院门诊口腔科和个体口腔诊所职业暴露处置培训教育,提高自我保护意识,降低职业暴露危害。Objective To assess the level of post - exposure prevention after occupational exposureobserve in dental msdical institutions in shihezi. Method A total of 150 medical personnel from 48 dental medical insitutionsor dental cunices clinics were collected,to fill out the survey questionnaire,survey prevention and control measures taken after occupational exposure and re-lated knowledge. Excel 2010 was used for creating database and S P S S11.0 software was used for statistical analy-sis. Results Dentists lack of knowledge of the occupational exposure,there was statistically significant difference in education, services, work experience, whether attended hospital infection control meeting （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Occupational exposure disposal measures were not in place,research showed that respectively 7 0 % ,58% and 65% of people think that after occupational expo-sure preventive measures for the prevention of HIV ,H B V , H C V infection had no effect, only a few people to adherence a series of preventive measures of PEP. Conclusion The dentists w h o occupational exposure not perform the a Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens protection guidelines^ in Shihezi area,not in strict accordance with W e i Planning Commission promulga-ted occupational exposure treatment measures appropriate treatment,we need to strengthen vocational training education,improve self - protection awareness,reduce occupational exposure hazards.
