优质护理在血液净化患者治疗中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理服务在血液净化中心中的应用效果。方法:选取血液净化中心治疗的480例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各240例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理,比较两组患者护理干预后的满意度与并发症发生情况。结果:观察组的满意度为95.4%,对照组的满意度为81.2%,组间比较差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组的并发症发生率为7.6%,明显优于对照组的并发症发生率20.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对于血液净化患者实施优质护理服务,极大地提高了患者的满意度,减少并发症的发生,显著地提升护理服务质量。Objective To explore the application effect of quality nursing service in blood purification center. Method 480 patients were selected from blood purification centers as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group randomly,240 patients in each. The control group were given routine care,the observation group were given quality nursing. The satisfaction and complication of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction of the observation group was 95. 4% ,and the satisfaction of the control group was 81. 2 % . There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0. 01）.The complication rate of the observation group was 7. 6%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group （ 20. 5 %） （ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing service for patients with blood purification greatly can improve the satisfaction of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and significantly improve the quality of nursing serv-ices.
