PDCA循环法在耳鼻喉科医护人员手卫生依从性中的应用

摘　　要：目的:通过了解本科室医务人员手卫生执行情况,寻找根本原因,采取有效措施,提高全科医务人员手卫生依从性。方法:应用计划-实施-检查-处理(PDCA)循环,加强全员培训,强调规范洗手,完善相关设施设备,随机抽查。结果:实施PDCA循环后,医务人员的洗手正确率由35%提升至95%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=48.738,P<0.01);手卫生知晓合格率由58%提升至92%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.848,P<0.01);手卫生依从性由67%提升至98%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=66.563,P<0.01)。结论:医务人员的手卫生是控制医院感染主要方式之一,应用PDCA循环法,可有效提高医务人员手卫生意识及其依从性,从而降低医院感染发生率,提高医疗质量。Objective To investigate the situation of hand hygiene compliance of medical personnels and find the Fundamental problem,in order to improve hand hygiene compliance of medical personnels by taking effective measure. Method Application plan-do-check-action( PDCA) circular management mode was performed to strengthen staff training,emphasize standard hand washing,improve related facilities and equipment,random spot checks. Results After PDCA management was performed,the accuracy of medical personnels washing hand was enhanced from 35% to 95%,and the difference was statistically significant( χ~2= 48. 738,P < 0. 01); the passing rate of hand hygiene was increased from 58% to 92%,and the difference was statistically significant( χ~2= 16. 848,P < 0. 01); the compliance of hand hygiene was raised from 67% to 98%,and the difference was statistically significant( χ~2= 66. 563,P < 0. 01). Conclusion The hand hygiene is the main way to control hospital infection,application of PDCA circular mode is effective to enhance the awareness of hand hygiene as well as its compliance,and then reduce the incidence of hospital infection,finally improve the quality of medical treatment.
