摘 要:基于煤矿主排水泵效率偏低导致能源浪费严重的现状,进行主排水泵压入式补水的改进研究,对压入式高水位补水和压入式子母泵补水进行效率分析。结果表明:使用压入式高水位补水,水泵运行效率改善并不明显。而子母泵正压补水实验中,采用变频器对子泵调速,母泵的流量及实际扬程会成比例的变动,且母泵会一直处于最佳工作状态。Based on the fact that the relatively low efficiency of some mines′ drainage pump makes a lot of waste of energy, have done the research about positive pressure water for mines′ drainage pump.That means, had an analysis of the efficiency of pressurized-high water level system and multi-stage pump system. The results showed that the pump′s working efficiency didn′t rise by using pressurizedhigh water level system. In the multi-stage pump system, the main pump′ s discharge and head will change proportionally by using frequency converter to adjust the speed. Mean while, the main Pump will always be in a state of optimum condition.
