摘　　要：针对井下高压隔爆开关所处大电流、强电磁与潮湿环境,开发了基于数字型红外温度传感器的单片机在线监测系统。该系统与高压开关融为一体,可获得实时温度数据和声音报警,具有抗电磁干扰强、测温准确、使用寿命长、可靠性高等优点。经实际应用与检验,效果良好。Aiming at the high current, strong electromagnetic and humid environment of underground high pressure explosion-proof switch, a single-chip microcomputer on-line monitoring system based on digital infrared temperature sensor was developed. The system and the high-voltage switch into one,access to real-time temperature data and sound alarm, with strong anti-electromagnetic interference,temperature measurement accuracy, long life, high reliability. By the practical application and test, the effect is good.
