摘  要:本文对吉林城建学院超低能耗建筑示范项目进行了介绍。该示范项目是吉林省目前唯一采用最先进的建筑节能成套技术和多种可再生能源集成利用的超低能耗示范建筑。文章就示范项目研究情况、超低能耗建筑设计与施工、建筑能源供应系统设计与安装、对太阳能辅助地源热泵的土壤温度场模拟和超低能耗建筑监测系统等五个方面做了详细介绍,本项目的设计与实践可为我国严寒地区类似项目提供借鉴与参考。A demonstration project of ultra-low-energy buildings in The City College of Jilin Jianzhu University was introduced. The project is the only ultra-low-energy demonstration project in Jilin province that applies a complete set of technology for building energy conservation and a variety of renewable energy integration technology. The author introduced five aspects in details, including the research condition of the demonstration project, the design and construction of ultra-low-energy building, the design and installation of building energy supply system, the simulation of soil temperature field, and the ultra-low-energy monitoring system. The design and practice of the project provide a reference for similar projects in severe cold region in China.
