摘 要:对比德国的被动式建筑技术体系及住建部出台的《被动式超低能耗绿色建筑技术导则》,在严寒地区搭建近零能耗居住建筑示范平台,拟围绕近零能耗建筑围护结构体系、可再生能源建筑一体化设计、智能化控制、建筑室内空气品质和热湿环境控制等方面开展研究,加强和提升节能产品和设备性能、可再生能源利用率和效率、建筑智能检测评估等,实现智能化近零能耗建筑相关关键技术的推广,为东北严寒地区尤其是辽宁省地区的建筑节能发展提供科学依据,为本地区建筑节能行业的发展开创新理念和新思路。A demonstration platform of near-zero energy residential building was estabhshed m severe cold region in accordance with passive building technology system in Germany and technical guidelines of passive ultra-low energy green building. The research is centered on near-zero energy building envelope system, integrative design of renewable energy building, intelligent control, indoor air quality, and thermal and environmental control. The performance of energy-saving products and equipment was strengthened and enhanced. The utilization and efficiency of renewable energy were improved. The intelligent detection and assessment of building were strengthened. Key technologies regarding intelligent near-zero energy building was promoted. The present study provides a scientific basis for improving building energy efficiency in cold region of Northeast China, especially in Liaoning Province.
