摘　　要：经方是汉代以前经典医药著作中记载的方剂。《伤寒杂病论》中的方剂,以其言简意赅、法度严密作为经方代表。文章归纳了近5五年关于《伤寒杂病论》中方剂的相关临床和基础研究,综述了茵陈蒿汤、小柴胡汤、乌梅丸、薯蓣丸等常用经方在急、慢性病毒性肝炎中的临床运用以及对病毒性肝炎患者免疫系统的影响。The classical prescription was recorded in the classical medical works before the Hart Dynasty. Prescriptions in the Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases are the classical representative, with its concise and rigorous. This article elaborates on the relevant basic and clinical research of prescriptions in the Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases nearly 5 years, discusses the clinical application of CapiUaris Decoction, Minor Bupleurum Decoction, WuMeiPill, ShuYuWan and others in acute and chronic viral hepatitis and what kind of impact on immune system of patients across with hepatitis virus.
