摘 要:为研究支链氨基酸(BCAA)、精氨酸(Arg)对运动员运动能力的影响及其机制,建立运动竞赛模型。选取自愿参加试验的职业男性篮球运动员14名,随机分为AA试剂组和PB安慰剂组,AA组按0.17g/kg体重的量补充BCAA和0.04g/kg体重的量补充Arg,PB组补充同样计量的安慰剂。实验进行2d,每天进行2组相同的20个2min运动,组间休息10min,每组最后设置1个20m全力冲刺测试。实验结果显示,AA组队员运动后主观感觉疲劳等级(RPE)值显著低于PB组,第2天20m冲刺AA组队员成绩明显优于PB组。研究结果表明:补充BCAA、Arg复合制剂在模拟篮球比赛中可以提高运动员的短距离冲刺能力,并且可以缓解连续2d运动引起的中枢疲劳。In order to investigate the effect of combined supplementation of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) and arginine (Arg) on performance in simulated basketball games on two consecu- tive days. The 14 male basketballers were randomly divided into AA trial group and PB trial group, AA trial group consumed 0.17 g/kg BCAA and 0.04 g/kg arginine together, the control group added same placebo. The test consecutive two days, it was consisted of 20 identical 2 min blocks, rest for 10 min between groups, and a 20 m all-out sprint was performed at the end of each block. The results showed that the average ratings of perceive exertion throughout the 2 days trial was significantly lower in the AA trial than the PB trial. The sprint time was significantly better in the AA trial. It is indicated that BCAA and Arg supplementation could improve performance in sprints ability on the second consecutive day of simulated basketball games in well-trained athletes by potentially alleviating central fatigue.
