冠脉通片补肾活血法对大鼠肾阳虚心梗模型的拆方研究

摘　　要：目的:观察冠脉通片对肾阳虚心梗大鼠心肌梗死改善作用。方法:腺嘌呤灌胃+左冠状动脉前降支结扎法制备肾阳虚心梗大鼠模型,结扎前2 d给予冠脉通片全方2.6 g生药/kg,补肾拆方、活血开窍拆方灌胃给药连续5 d,以血清肌钙蛋白T(c TnT)、心电图ST段、小动物超声心动图射血分数(EF%)、梗死心肌NBT染色评价药效作用,以血清肌酐(Cr)、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、总甲状腺激素(T4)作为评价肾阳虚改善指标。结果:冠脉通片全方组对ST段、EF%、梗死面积均有显著作用,可有效降低血清Cr、升高T3、T4水平,补肾与活血拆方药效作用均不及冠脉通全方组。结论:冠脉通片全方补肾、活血功效兼备,为冠脉通片治疗心梗的证候特点提供药理学数据参考。Abstract： Objective：Study of invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation of Guan Mai Tong Tablet on the myocardral infarction rat model of kidney Yang deficiency. Methods：Kidney Yang Deficiency of rat model were made by adenine ＋ AMI, GMT were made by oral in 2 days before adenine ＋ AMI. Warm kidney yang group were included by Epimedium davidii Franch. , Lycium barbarum L. , Fallopia multiflora （ Thunb. ） Harald, Taxillus chinensis） , Blood circulation group were included by Salvia mihiorrhiza Bunge, Flos Carthami）. cTn-T, ST, EF, weight of myocardial infarction,Cr,T3,T4 were observed. Results：The rate of Infarction in warm kidney yang group and GMT group were reduced. cTn-T and weight of myocardial infarction were induced in blood circulation group. Serum Cr in GMT group were induced,T3 and T4 were increased. Conclusion：This experiment by means of basic research on coronary artery through the characteristics of TCM Syndromes of tablets in the treatment of myocardial infarction provide pharmacological data for reference.
