不同中医体质罹患缺血性心血管病事件危险评估与分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨福州地区不同中医体质无症状成年人未来10年罹患缺血性心血管病(ICVD)事件的风险。方法:纳入272例无症状健康体检人群为研究对象,并对个体进行中医体质类型评定和国人ICVD 10年危险评估。结果:35~59岁无症状成年人中,以平和质为主,气虚质、阳虚质次之;其中平和质组105例,偏颇体质组167例;与平和体质组比较,偏颇体质组女性较多,且血压(SBP和DBP)、TC、FPG水平显著增高;偏颇体质(兼夹偏颇体质、气虚质、痰湿质和湿热质)的10年ICVD发病绝对危险较平和质显著增高;此外在发病相对危险比较中,血瘀质亦出现显著增高。结论:女性更具有偏颇体质倾向,偏颇体质者(尤其兼夹偏颇体质、痰湿质、气虚质、湿热质、血瘀质)未来10年罹患ICVD事件的风险可能相对较高。Objective： To explore the risk of ischemic cardiovascular disease （ICVD） events in the next 10 years among different types of TCM constitution of asymptomatic adults in Fuzhou. Methods： 272 cases were included, assessmented their TCM constitutions and the risk of 10 years [CVD events. Results： In the crowd, most of them were balanced constitution, qi-defieiency constitution and yang-deficiency constitution next. Divided them into two groups, the balanced constitution group （105 cases ） and unbalanced constitution group （167 cases ）. Compared with balanced constitution group, unbalanced constitution group had more women, blood pressure （SBP and DBP） ,TC and FPG levels were significantly higher. The unbalanced constitutions such as the miscellaneous unbalanced constitution, qi-deflciency constitution, phlegm-dampness constitution, and damp-heat constitution, were significantly higher risk of 10 years ICVD incidence of absolute risk than the balanced constitution. Besides, the comparison in the relative risk, blood-stasis constitution also had statistical significance. Conclusion： The female was more inclined to be unbalanced constitution. The risk of developing 1CVD events in the next 10 years might be relatively higher for those who were unbalanced constitutions, especially the miscellaneous unbalanced constitution, phlegm-dampness constitution, qi-defieiency constitution, damp-heat constitution and blood-stasis constitution.
