“双药双穴”天灸疗法对改善儿童冷哮证的多因素方差分析

摘　　要：目的:通过分析冷哮患儿在治疗前后中医症状及肺功能指数的变化,客观评价"双药双穴"天灸疗法对儿童冷哮的影响,探讨其治疗冷哮的临床意义。方法:选取两所医院符合标准的冷哮患儿40例,从2013年入伏第1天对患儿实施"双药双穴"天灸疗法,运用多因素方差分析,探寻两所医院、治疗前后以及医院与治疗之间的相互作用对冷哮5项主要中医症状的影响是否存在显著差异,并补充患儿肺功能各指标配对t检验相佐证。结果:"双药双穴"天灸疗法可显著影响冷哮患儿的咳嗽、喘息、咳痰以及胸膈满闷症状,其中对咳嗽的影响最大(F=4.526),喘息次之(F=4.520)。此外,该疗法对患儿的肺功能指标VC、FVC,FEV1、MVV也有着显著影响。结论:"双药双穴"天灸疗法可明显改善冷哮患儿的中医症状及肺功能,初步证实"双药双穴"天灸疗法对预防冷哮安全有效。Objective：Through quantitative analysis of the changes of TCM symptoms and pulmonary function indexes of cold-asthma children before and after treatment, objectively evaluate the influence of ＇ Two TCM Prescriptions and Two Acupoint Groups＇ Vesiculation moxibustion therapy on children cold-asthma, and discuss its clinical significance. Methods：Parallel controlled trial was carried out with 40 children that met with the inclusion criteria in two hospitals. All the patients were given Vesiculation moxibustion therapy with ＇ Two TCM Prescriptions and Two Acupoint Groups＇ from the first day of Chufu in 2013, TCM symptoms and Pulmonary Function indexes were tested before and after treatment in both hospitals, and multivariate analysis of variance were used to analyze the influence of hospital, treatment, and their interaction on TCM symptoms of cold-asthma children, and determine whether the differences are statistically significant. And complemently verified by paired T test of pulmonary function indexes before and after treatment. Results： Compared before and after treatment, the four TCM symptoms that cough, wheezing, expectoration, chest-diaphragm full stuffiness of cold-asthma children are significantly relieved after treatment, of which cough was relieved mostly （F = 4.526）and wheezing took the second place（F = 4. 520）. Besides, changes of pulmonary function indexes were statistically significant after treatment, VC, FVC, FEVI , MVV. Conclusion： ＇ Two TCM Prescriptions and Two Acupoint Groups＇ Vesiculation moxibustion therapy can significantly relieve TCM symptoms and improve pulmonary function of cold-asthma children. This therapy is safe and effective in preventing children＇ cold asthma.
