田淑霄论治围绝经期单纯性子宫内膜增生的思路及用药分析

摘　　要：田淑霄教授是河北省十二大名中医之一,国家第三四五批老中医药专家学术经验指导导师,临床擅长治疗妇科疾病,在治疗上衷中参西,形成了独特的治疗思路及用药特点。子宫内膜增生约50%发生在围绝经期,围绝经期单纯性子宫内膜增生临床表现为月经血量增大或月经来潮后持续不断,从临床表现来看该病属于中医崩漏范畴。根据本病的发生是由于子宫内膜的增生,增生在中医属于积聚或癥瘕,所以认为本病除归属崩漏范畴外,还应归属于癥瘕范畴,治疗应止崩漏同时兼顾软坚散结消癥瘕。故对田淑霄教授采用升提元气止崩漏、软坚散结消癥瘕、调补阴阳调体质等方法综合治疗围绝经期单纯性子宫内膜增生的独特思路及用药特点等加以整理、归纳,以期为临床用药提供参考。Tian Shuxiao was one of the 12 Famous Chinese medicine experts of Hebei province and the mentor of the third and fourth batch of the old Chinese medicine expert academic experience of inheritance. She was good at treating gynecological diseases in clinical practice, and in the treatment, she has developed unique treatment and drug characteristics. Endometrial hypcrplasia of about 50% occur in the menopausal transition. Simple endometrial hyperplasia ctinieal manifestation for perimenopausal menstrual blood volume increases or continuing after menstruation, from the clinical manifestations of the disease belongs to the category of TCM metrorrhagia and metrostaxis. According to the occurrence of the disease is due to endometrial hyperplasia, hyperplasia in accumulation or zhengjia of traditional Chinese medicine, so tian thought that besides belong metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, should also be in the category of zhengjia. Tian thinks treatment should treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis,at the same time give consideration to resolving hard masso In order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of the disease and medication, we were summing up the unique experience of Tian Shuxiao, combination to organize the methods of softening and resolving hard mass,upraise yuanq to treat metrorrhagia and metrostaxisi and adjust the habitus of Yin and Yang
