摘　　要：和谐矿区建设是关系到矿区政治、经济、文化、社会和生态文明建设的系统工程,是矿区管理当前和今后的一项重要工作。煤炭产业是准格尔旗的支柱产业,所以,构建和谐准格尔必须以构建和谐矿区为重点。基于此,笔者到准格尔旗一些大型煤矿企业进行调研,深入了解了准格尔旗和谐矿区建设的现状,初步提出构建和谐矿区需实现的目标,阐述了和谐矿区建设中存在的突出问题;探讨以"五大发展理念"为引领,开展该工作的可行性建议,进而构建绿色、和谐与共享的矿区,促进经济、社会、环境的全面发展。The construction of harmonious mining area is a systematic project related to the construction of political, economic, cultural, social and ecological civilization in the mining area. It is an important task in the current and future management of the mining area. The coal industry is a pillar industry in Zhungeer Qi, so the construction of harmonious Zhungeer must focus on the construction of harmonious mining area. Based on this, the author to some large coal enterprises in Zhungeer Qi to conduct research, in-depth understanding of the current situatiotl of the construction of harmonious mining area of Zhungeer Qi, put forward to achieve the goal of building a harmonious mining area, expounds the problems existing in the construction of harmonious mining area; to explore the ＂five development concept＂ as the lead, feasible suggestions to carry out the work, and the construction of green, harmonious and sharing area, promote comprehensive development of economy, society and environment.
