摘 要:对猪鞭虫(Trichuris suis)和无色鞭虫(Trichuris discolor)的内转录间隔区(internal transcribed spacer,ITS)序列进行扩增、克隆和比较分析;以ITS序列为基因标记采取ML法构建系统发生树,确定它们间的亲缘关系。结果猪鞭虫ITS序列长1 397 bp,其中ITS1和ITS2序列长度分别为658 bp和585 bp。无色鞭虫ITS序列长1 404 bp,其中ITS1和ITS2序列长度分别为786 bp和455 bp,两者的ITS1与ITS2序列的同源性分别为55.8%和65.0%;进化分析显示两种鞭虫处于不同分支上,分别与Gen Bank上发表猪鞭虫和无色鞭虫序列聚集在一起,显示两者亲缘关系较远。The rDNA ITS sequences of Trichuris suis and Trichuris discolor were amplified, sequenced and analyzed. The phylogenetic relationship between two Trichuris species were reconstructed based on the sequences of ITS using maximum likelihood method. The length of T. suis ITS sequence was 1 397 bp, and ITS1 and ITS2 sequence were 658 bp and 585 bp respectively. T. discolor ITS sequence were 1 404 bp, and ITS1 and ITS2 sequence were 786 bp and 455 bp, respectively. The nucleotide homology of ITS1 and ITS2 of them were 55.8% and 65.0%, respectively. Phylogteneric analysis showed that two species of Trichuris were in different branches. They were all gathered together with the T. suis and T. discolor published on the GenBank, while the phyloge- netic relationship between them is far.
