浅析痰湿体质与肥胖型PCOS相关性

摘　　要：随着"中医体质学说"的深入研究,越来越多的学者提出不同体质对某些特定疾病的发生具有一定的易患性。近些年来,痰湿体质与肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征之间相关性渐受关注。笔者从病因病机、临床表现及治疗方面分析了痰湿体质与肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征之间的相关性,提出从体质学说着手论治肥胖型PCOS的必然性。With in-depth study of ＂TCM constitution theory＂ , more and more scholars putted forward that the different constitution has a certain susceptibility for occurrence of certain specific diseases.There is a certain correlativity between phlegm-dampness constitution and polycystic ovary syndrome （ PCOS ） of obesity type. Through analyzing the correlativity between phlegm-dampness constitution and PCOS of obesity type from etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and treatment, he inevitability of treating PCOS of obesity type from constitutional theory is putted forward.
