灵龟八法针刺治疗原发性痛经发作期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察灵龟八法针刺治疗原发性痛经临床疗效。方法:将原发性痛经患者70例随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组35例。治疗组采用常规针刺加用灵龟八法针刺,对照组采用常规针刺。两组均于痛经发作时治疗,连续治疗3个月经周期。比较两组患者治疗前后痛经VAS评分、痛经症状评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.97%(95%CI=85.83%~99.90%),对照组为87.50%(95%CI=71.00%~96.50%),两组综合疗效比较(u=1.440 9,P=0.149 6),差异未达到显著性意义;与对照组比较,治疗组可降低原发性痛经第二疗程后疼痛程度VAS评分参数(P<0.01);降低痛经症状分度评分参数(P﹤0.01)。结论:在常规针刺基础上加用灵龟八法针刺原发性痛经的临床疗效可能优于常规针刺治疗,其收益为OR=0.22(95%CI=0.02~2.07),NNT=11(95%CI=4.46~39.21)。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Lingguib Eight Methods acupuncture on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods：70 cases of patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with routine acupuncture combined with Lingguib Eight Methods acupuncture, while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture. Both groups were treated during dysmenorrhea attack, continuously for 3 menstrual cycles. Dysmenorrhea VAS score, dysmenorrhea symptom score and clinical effect of patients in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results： The total effective rate in treatment group was 96.97% （95% CI = 85.83% to 99.90%） , while the total effective rate in control group was 87.50% （95% CI = 71.00% 96.50%） . Compared the comprehensive effect between two groups （U = 1.440 9, P = 0.149 6） , the difference did not reach significant significance.Compared with control group, the treatment group could reduce VAS score parameters of pain degree （P 〈 0.01） and grading score parameters of dysmenorrhea symptoms （P 〈 0.01） after the second course of treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Conclusion： The clinical effect of routine acupuncture combined with Lingguib Eight Methods acupuncture on primary dysmenorrhea may be better than that of simple routine acupuncture. Its benefit is OR = 0.22 （95% CI = 0.02 - 2.07） , NNT = 11 （95% CI = 4.46 - 39.21）
