奥美拉唑结合康复新液治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的药效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察奥美拉唑结合康复新液治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法:将70例CAG患者随机分为西药组和中西药组,每组各35例。西药组给予奥美拉唑治疗,中西医结合组同时给予奥美拉唑合康复新液治疗,疗程均为6周。观察患者治疗前后临床疗效和血清环氧酶-1(COX-1)含量的变化。结果:西药组脱落3例,中西药组脱落1例。观察组总有效率为94.12%(95%CI=80.12%~99.24%),对照组为78.13%(95%CI=63.81%~92.45%),两组综合疗效比较(u=2.241 9,P=0.025 4),差异有显著性意义;与对照组比较,观察组可明显升高患者的COX-1参数(P<0.05);缩短显效时间(P﹤0.05)。结论 :采用奥美拉唑合康复新液治疗脾胃虚弱型CAG的疗效优于单纯应用奥美拉唑,其收益为OR=0.22(95%CI=0.04~1.17),NNT=6(95%CI=3.07~181.69)。且未见明显不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with Kangfuxin Liquid on chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） . Methods： 70 cases of patients with CAG were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , 35 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with omeprazole combined with Kangfuxin Ye, while the control group was treated with omeprazole, and the course of treatment was 6 weeks.The clinical effect and the content change of serum cyclooxygenase-1 （COX-1） of patients before and after treatment were observed. Results： The control group shed 3 cases, while the treatment group shed 1 case. The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.12% （95% CI = 80.12% to 99.24%） , while the total effective rate of control group was 78.13% （95% CI = 63.81% to 92.45%） . Compared the comprehensive effect between two groups （u= 2.241 9, P = 0.025 4） , the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the control group, the treatment group could significantly raise COX-1 parameter of patient （P〈0.05） , and shorten the effective time （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion： The clinical effect of omeprazole combined with Kangfuxin Ye on CAG of？spleen-stomach deficiency is better than that of simple omeprazole. Its benefit is OR = 0.22 （95% CI = 0.04 to 1.17） , NNT = 6 （95% CI = 3.07 to 181.69） . There is no obvious adverse reaction.
