灰色关联分析和层次分析法的绿色建筑技术方案评价

摘　　要：针对绿色建筑技术方案决策阶段存在的主观性和不确定性问题,结合灰色关联分析法对信息精确度要求较低、样本量较小的系统具有优势的特点,以及层次分析法将定性分析和定量计算相综合的特点,提出一种基于灰色关联分析法和层次分析法的绿色建筑技术的技术经济定量化评价方法.案例分析结果表明,该方法易操作,评价结果客观、全面,具有很好的适应性,有助于绿色建筑工程实施过程中技术方案的科学决策.Aiming at the existing problems of the current green building technical scheme decision- making phase of the subjectivity and uncertainty,a new technology economic quantitative evaluation meth- od of green building technology which combines the grey interrelated method and analytical hierarchy process is provided in this paper, grey interrelated method is commonly used in small sample system with inaccurate and uncertain information, and the character of analytical hierarchy process on combining quali- tative analysis and quantitative analysis is used in this method. Case application shows that, the method is simple and easy to operate,and the evaluation result is comprehensive and objective, and it is helpful to the scientific decision making in the process of the implementation Of green building project.
