补中益气汤对缓解运动疲劳的效果分析

摘　　要：为观察大剂量补中益气汤治疗运动疲劳的临床效果,选择四川工程职业技术学院2014年2月至2016年2月收治的64例运动疲劳患者为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,对照组患者给予风引汤治疗,观察组患者行大剂量补中益气汤治疗,对两组治疗效果、治疗前后外周血免疫功能变化进行比较.结果表明,观察组治疗总有效率为96.87%,对照组治疗总有效率为81.25%(P<0.05);两组治疗后IgG、IgM、IgA与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IgM、IgA明显高于对照组(P<0.05).表明大剂量补中益气汤治疗运动疲劳效果明确且安全.In order to observe the clinical effect of large dose of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treat- ment of sports fatigue, 64 cases of fatigue patients in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 as the research object were randomly divided into two groups,a control group and an observation group. The control group were treated with Fengyin decoction treatment,the observation group was treated with high doses of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction treatment. The therapeutic effects of two groups and the changes of immune function in peripheral blood before and after treatment were compared. The results show that the total efficiency of the observation group was 96.87%, and that of the control group was 81.25%（P〈 0.05）; the two group after treatment, the differences of IgG, IgM, and IgA compared with those before treatment,were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; IgM and IgA of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control with large doses of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the group（P〈0.05）. The result showed that the treatment treatment of sports fatigue effect is definite and safe.
