摘 要:为提高快递包装物的回收率和再利用率,快递包装行业急需构建逆向物流网络.考虑无政府引导及有政府引导下设计快递包装逆向物流网络.首先在无政府引导下,建立包含回收中心、处理中心、再制造中心、快递企业收发点的逆向物流网络,以总成本最小化为目标.然后加入政府奖励机制和物流的负外部约束引导企业布局绿色物流网络.分别构建线性规划模型,运用cplex软件求解,分情形对有关参数进行灵敏度分析.分析结果表明:政府实施物流负外部约束会显著改变设施布局,政府实施奖励机制会降低处理成本,增加回收量,而将两种情形结合实施能在降低网络成本的同时布局污染较小的设施.In order to improve the recovery rate and reuse rate of express parcel,the express packaging industry urgently needs to construct reverse logistics networks.And the express packaging industry consider to design the express reverse logistics packaging logistics network under the anarchic guidance and government-guided.Firstly,a reverse logistics networks including recycling center,processing center,remanufacturing center and express delivery point is established under the guidance of anarchy,aiming at the total cost minimization.And then the government incentive mechanism and the negative external constraint logistics are introduced to guide the layout of green logistics business network.Respectively,the linear programming model was constructed,and the sensitivity analysis was carried out by cplex software.The results of the analysis show that government implementation of the logistics constraints will significantly change the layout of the facilities.The implementation of the government incentive mechanism will reduce the processing costs and increase the amount of recycling.The combination of the above two cases is able to reduce the network cost and lay out less polluting facilities.
