摘　　要："十三五"时期上海全球金融中心建设机遇与挑战并存,上海需有的放矢,紧抓机遇、直面挑战,以自贸区金融改革为抓手,以金融市场双向开放为动力,以服务并对接"一带一路"发展战略为突破点,以加强顶层设计与统筹,在延续、提升、融合中探索开辟新的路径,力求更好更全面的满足人民币国际化、金融市场开放、金融服务领域拓展、国际金融影响力与辐射力提升的要求,实现上海在世界经济金融大格局中的功能定位,为国家战略实施和全球经济金融发展贡献更大的力量。The construction of global financial center opportunities and challenges of Shanghai during the 13th Five- Year Shanghai to coexist, targeted, seize the opportunity, face the challenge, the FTA financial reform as the starting point, with two-way opening of the financial market as a driving force, to service and docking ＂The Belt and Road＂ development strategy as the breakthrough point, to strengthen top-level design and co-ordination, continued to improve, in to explore new paths of integration, and strive to better and more comprehensive to meet the internationalization of the RMB, financial markets, financial services, international financial development influence and radiation force to enhance the requirements to achieve the function orientation of Shanghai in the world economy system in finance, contribute to greater strength for the implementation of the national strategy and the global economic and financial development.
