摘  要:【目的】优化甘肃桃仁油的提取工艺,并对其主要成分进行研究.【方法】通过响应面分析法,以石油醚为提取剂,对甘肃桃仁油的提取工艺进行优化;通过GC-MS分析甘肃桃仁油的主要成分.【结果】最佳条件为温度81.32℃,时间5.40h,料液比为1∶9.24.GC-MS分析共鉴定出36种有效成分,其中检测出单不饱和脂肪酸—油酸,高度不饱和的直链三萜类化合物—角鲨烯以及维生素E(α-生育酚).【结论】用索氏提取法提取甘肃桃仁油中的有效成分可行,甘肃桃仁油有一定的营养价值,研究结果为甘肃桃仁的有效利用提供依据.【Objective】To optimize the extraction conditions of Gansu peach kernel oil,and to analyze the main ingredients.【Method】The extraction conditions of peach kernel oil were optimized by response surface methodology by using petroleum ether as the extraction agent,and the main ingredient of oil were analyzed by GC-MS.【Result】The optimum conditions were as:temperature 81.32 ℃,time 5.40 h,solidliquid ratio of 1∶9.24.A total of 36 compounds of oil were identified with the peak area percentage by GCMS,including monounsaturated fatty acids-oleic acid,highly unsaturated straight triterpenoids compounds-squalene and vitamin E(α-tocopherol).【Conclusion】The method is feasible which soxhlet extraction,and there are some nutritional value in Gansu peach kernel oil.
