摘  要:【目的】混合均匀度直接关系到全混合日粮的饲喂效果,目前大多数研究集中于对全混合日粮混合机混合均匀度的影响因素分析,而对各种检测方法之间的对比性和相关性研究较少.【方法】合理地选择混合均匀度的检测方法,同时采用常用的示踪物法与筛分法对自制的转筒式全混合日粮混合机的混合均匀度进行检测,并运用SAS软件对检测结果进行统计学分析.【结果】示踪物法与筛分法相互间t检验结果中均有P>0.05,说明不同方法的检测结果比较吻合并无统计学差异,均可检测转筒式全混合日粮混合机的混合均匀度;各实验室可根据现有条件、实际情况选用适当的检测方法,同时为确保不同检测方法的优势能够得到最大程度的利用、实现工作效果和效率的最大化,可选择采用其中一种方法或多种方法配合使用.【结论】研究结果可为后续行业标准的制定提供参考和依据.【Objective】Mixing uniformity is directly related to the feeding effect of total mixed rations.Currently,most researches have focused on analyzing the influence factors on mixing uniformity of totalmixed-rations mixers,while the comparative and correlation researches among various detection methods are less.【Method】In order to reasonably select the detection method for mixing uniformity,the common tracer method and sieving method were used to detect mixing uniformity of the self-made rotary drum-total-mixed-rations mixer,and the SAS software was used to statistically analyze the detection results.【Result】The results of t test showed that there were no statistical differences among detection methods(P〉0.05),the methods all could detect mixing uniformity of the rotary drum-total-mixed-rations mixer.The laboratory could select the appropriate detection methods according to the current conditions and the actual situations,and to ensure that the advantages of different detection methods could be used to the greatest extent and to maximize work effect and efficiency,using one of the methods or more methods in conjunction.【Conclusion】The research results can provide reference and basis for the following formulation of industry standards.
