对冲引流和封闭式负压引流对骨髓炎的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:对比分析对冲引流和封闭式负压引流对骨髓炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选择160例骨髓炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各80例,分别采用对冲引流法和封闭式负压引流法进行治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果、住院时间、手术次数、每次手术时间、换药次数、创面愈合时间以及复发率。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.00%(72/80),高于对照组的76.25%(61/80)(χ~2=6.732,P=0.022);观察组患者的住院时间、每次手术时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者手术次数和换药次数均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者6个月内复发率为6.25%(5/80),低于对照组的13.75%(11/80)(χ~2=10.241,P=0.000)。结论:封闭式负压引流治疗骨髓炎的临床效果优于对冲引流,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objectlve：To compare the clinical effect of hedge drainage and vacuum sealing drainage on osteomyelitis. Methods： 160 patients with osteomyelitis were chosen and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group （ n = 80 ）. The control group was treated with hedge drainage while the observation group was treated with vacuum sealing drainage , with the clinical effect, hospitalization time, operation fre quency, average operation time, frequency of dressing, wound healing time and recurrence rate compared between the two groups. Results ： The ef- fective rate of the observation group was 90.00 % （72/80） , which was significantly higher than that of the control group 76.25 % （61/80） （ X 2 = 6. 732, P = 0. 022. The hospitalization time, average operation time, and wound healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. The operation frequency and frequency of dressing in the observation group were fewer than those of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Withinsix months, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.25 % （5/80） , which was significantly lower than that of the control group （11/80） （ 11/80 ） （ X 2 = 10. 241, P = 0. 000 ）. Conclusion： Vacuum sealing drainage was obviously better than that of hedge drainagein the treatment of osteomyelitis, which has a high vahm in clinical application.
