摘　　要：目的:探讨阑尾黏液囊肿的超声表现及诊断价值,提高对该病的认识和诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析经病理证实的16例阑尾黏液囊肿,研究其临床表现及超声表现。结果:16例患者超声检查均提示右腹部囊性肿块,形态多样,囊壁光整或厚薄不一,失去正常3层形态,各层分界不清。无血流或周边少量血流,少数囊壁可有弧形或斑点状钙化。其中12例患者提示阑尾病变可能,1例患者诊断为阑尾周围脓肿,2例患者诊断为右附件囊肿,1例患者诊断为肠系膜囊肿。结论:超声检查是阑尾黏液囊肿术前直观显示及鉴别诊断的重要检查方法。Objective ：To investigate the ultrasonic findings and the diagnostic value of appendiceal mucocele and to improve the level of recog- nition and diagnosis of the disease. Methods：The clinical and ultrasonic data of 16 cases of appendieeal mucoeelc, which were confirmed by pa- thology were retrospectively analyzed, with their clinical and diagnostic manifestations studied. Results： The ultrasound results of all the 16 patients indicated that there were right abdominal cystic masses, morphological diversity, finishing or different thicknesses of capsule walls, the loss of the three normal layers, vague layer boundary, no blood flow or a small amount of blood flow and a handful of curved or punctuate calcified cystic walls. 12 cases of appendix lesions may develop; 1 case was diagnosed as periappendiceal abscess; 2 cases were diagnosed as right accessory cyst; 1 case was diagnosed as mesenteric cyst. Conelusion：Ultrasonom＇aDhv is very useful in aDDendical mucous , cyst and differential diagnosis.
