摘 要:目的:探讨肘关节复杂骨折脱位的内固定治疗及早期功能锻炼效果。方法:收集2012年4月至2016年4月收治的肘关节复杂骨折脱位患者40例为研究对象,所有患者均给予复杂骨折脱位内固定治疗及早期功能锻炼,对患者的临床治疗效果进行分析。结果:随访8个月肘关节屈伸活动度为95°~145°、平均为126.3°,伸直受限为0°~70°、平均为19.8°,旋前活动度为30°~90°、平均为72.5°。Mayo的评分结果:优19例,良15例,可5例,差1例,优良率为85.00%,控制率为97.50%。40例患者经过治疗后稳定性患者22例(55.00%),中度稳定性患者13例(32.50%),不稳定性患者5例(12.50%)。结论:内固定治疗干预结合早期功能锻炼能明显改善患者的肘关节功能,值得临床推荐。Objective :To explore the effect of internal fixation and early functional exercise in the treatment of complex fracture dislocation of elbow joint. Methods:40 cases of patients with complex fracture dislocation of elbow joint from April 2012 to April 2016 were selected as research objects. All patients were treated with internal fixation and early functional exercise, and the clinical treatment effects were analyzed. Results:After 8 months of follow - up, the average degree of elbow joint flexion extension was about 126.3° (95 °- 145° ) o The average degrees of extension lag and pronation activity were 19.8° (0°- 70°) , and 72.5° (30°- 90°) respectively. The scores of Mayo were excellent in 19 cases, good in 15 cases, fair in 5 cases and poor in 1 case. The superior rate was 85.00 %, and the control rate was 97.50 %. In the 40 patients after treatment, there were 22 cases (55.00 % ) of stability, 13 cases (32.50 % ) of moderate stability and 5 cases ( 12.50 % ) of instability. Conclusion: Internal fixation combined with early functional exercise can significantly improve the elbow joint function of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
