孕期体操运动改善孕产妇心理状况及分娩结局的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨孕期体操运动改善孕产妇心理状况及分娩结局的效果。方法:将200例待产孕妇随机分为两组,每组100例。非体操组仅参加常规孕期保健课程;体操组除了参加常规孕期保健课程外还加入孕妇体操培训。结果:两组待产妇分娩意愿率组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组实际剖宫产率的差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05);体操组孕妇妊娠期体重平均增加值少于非体操组,新生婴儿平均体重低于非体操组(P<0.05);体操组护理干预满意率为83.00%,高于非体操组的64.00%(P<0.05)。结论:孕期体操运动在改善孕产妇心理状况及分娩结局中均有较好的临床应用效果,值得临床推广。Objective：To discuss the effect of pregnancy gymnastics on improving psychologic status and delivery outcome. Methods：200 pregnant women were randomly divided into the gymnastics group and the non - gymnastics group, 100 pregnant women in each group. The non - gymnastics group just attended regular prenatal care while the gymnastics group also took pregnancy gymnastics training apart from the regular prena- tal care. Results ： There was no significant difference in the willingness of delivery in the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; there was no difference in actual cesarean section rate between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; the average value of added pregnancy weight in the gymnastics group was less than that of the non - gymnastics group ; the average weight of newborn babies in the gymnastics group is lower than that of the non - gymnastics group, the difference being statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the satisfaction rate of nursing intervention in the gymnastics group is 83.00 % , which is higher than that in the non - gymnastics group （64.00 % ） , the difference being statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Pregnancy gymnastics has a good clinical effect on improving psychologic status and delivery outcome, worthy of clinical promotion.
