摘  要:高纯净不锈钢市场潜力巨大,其生产难点在于对钢液中[H]的控制。本文通过对现行VOD生产工艺梳理,优化现有工艺参数及流程,有效解决现有VOD冶炼过程中[H]的脱除率偏低的难题,最终将现有部分品种的双真空流程优化为VOD单线流程,达到大幅缩减冶炼时间,提升生产效率,降低生产成本的目的。The high purity stainless steel has remarkable market potential, but it was difficuh to control the hydro- gen content during melting of high purity stainless steel. In this paper, a problem of low dehydrogenation rate during VOD melting was solved by improving process parameters and process flows based on analysis of current VOD process- es. Therefore. the previously used double vacuum process was replaced by a single VOD process that significantly short- ened malting time. increased productivity, and lowered costs.
