摘  要:本文研究了低温渗碳工艺对9Cr18马氏体不锈钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,经低温渗碳处理能够大幅提高马氏体不锈钢的表面硬度,由630HV提高到了1700HV,处理后基体组织无明显变化,表面粗糙度由Ra0.18上升到Ra0.3,经划痕试验测试,渗层与基体有良好的结合力。In this paper, the effect of low temperature carburizing technology on the microstrueture and properties of 9Cr18 martensitie stainless steel was studied. The results showed that a substantial increase of surface hardness is obtained after low temperature carbufizing treatment, which increased from 630HV to 1700HV; there was no ovious change in matrix structure after the low temperature carburizing treatment; the surface roughness increased from Ra0.18 to Ra0.3. Scratch test showed that the carburzied layer was of good adhesive with the matrix.
