摘 要:针对压裂井采出液破乳困难、机械杂质含量高、电脱水设备脱水电流升高、电场不平稳的问题,开展了压裂返排液对原油乳化液介电特性的影响测试,以及含压裂返排液原油乳化液电脱水试验。影响测试结果表明,原油乳化液中返排液含量的增大,将导致原油电脱水过程中脱水电流增大,要求相应地增大脱水供电装置的容量,并以电脱水试验结论为指导研发了高阻大容量脱水供电装置。现场应用表明,该装置抵抗大电流冲击的能力强,电脱后油中含水率在0.15%~0.26%之间。Fracturing well produced liquid brings difficulty to demulsification and it contains high amounts of mechanical impurity, leading to rise of-electric dewatering equipment current and rough electric field problems. Therefore studies are carried out on influence of crude oil emulsion dielectric properties by fracturing fluid flowback, and the crude oil emulsion containing fracturing fluid flowback electric dehydration tests are also conducted. These properties were made clear based on experimental conclusions. Therefore, the large capacity dehydration power supply device is developed. Field application showed that the high resistance large capacity dehydration power supply device improves resistance to large current shock significantly, and achieves the water cut of 0.15% - 0.26% after eletrical dewatering.
