摘  要:为解决抽油机应用变频器时电网谐波增加和电能浪费等问题,开发了一种能量回馈与滤波一体化装置,提出了一种基于瞬时无功功率理论的能馈滤波一体化控制策略,用MATLAB仿真软件进行了仿真验证,开发了装置样机,进行了现场试验。仿真和现场试验结果表明,基于瞬时无功功率理论的能馈滤波一体化控制策略及装置,能将电流总谐波畸变率降低到10%以内,能以单位功率因数进行能量回馈,滤波和能量回馈效果非常明显。该装置在抽油机上冲程时,能有效滤除谐波,在抽油机下冲程时,将能量回馈至电网,有利于油田电网的谐波治理和节能,具有较好的应用前景。To solve the problem that using inverter at oil pumping units would cause power grid harmonic increase and energy waste, an energy-feedback and filter integrative device is developed and an energyfeedback and filter integrative control theory based on the theory of-instantaneous reactive power is proposed. Then simulated with MATLAB simulation software, the device prototype is developed and field tests are conducted. The results show that the integrative control strategy and device could reduce the total harmonic distortion of'current by 1 0% and feed back the energy by unity power factory. The effect of filter and energy-feedback is very obvious. This device has the good filtering performance on the pumping unit stroke and good energy feedback function under the pumping unit stroke. It is advantageous to the oilfield power grid harmonic control and energy saving, andalso hasagoodapplication prospect.
