摘　　要：1953-1957年,在中央的扶持下,内蒙古自治区党委和政府通过制订一系列工业发展规划,带领各族人民开展工业化建设,兴办了一大批现代工矿企业。这些工业建设,不仅提高了地区工业化水平,而且满足了人民群众的生产生活需要,为本地区培养了一批工业技术人才,同时也积累了一些建设经验。During the first five-year planning period （1953-1957）, with the support by the central governmental, the local party and government in Inner Mongolia led the people of all nationalities to carry out the industrial construction and set up a number of modern industrial and mining enterprises through a series of industrial development plans. These industrial construction activities in this region not only improve the local industrialization level but also meet the people＇s production and living needs and cultivate a batch of industrial and technical personnel for the locality, meanwhile helping Inner Mongolia to accumulate some experience of economical construction.
