摘　　要：目的讨论贝克曼COULTER LH750检测血小板减少及假性减少的原因。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月患者血细胞分析标本,使用贝克曼COULTER LH750检测血小板,联合显微镜镜检,探究血小板减少的原因。结果回顾医院2016年血细胞分析标本共219826例标本中,3258例标本存在血小板减少现象,通过显微镜镜检485例为异常减少。结论血小板检查在实验室检查中至关重要,需通过贝克曼COULTER LH750联合显微镜检查判断血小板减少及假性减少的原因。Objective To discuss the causes for the decrease and false decrease in platelet count with BECKMAN COULTER LH750. Methods Blood cell analysis specimens were selected from January 2016 to December 2016, BECHMAN COULTER LH750 was applied to count platelets combined with microscopic examination to explore the causes of the low platelet count. Results Through reviewing 219 826 cases of the hospital in 2016 blood cell analysis, 3 258 cases of specimens of platelet phenomenon, combined with microscope observation, 485 cases indicated abnormal reduce. Conclusion The platelet count is particularly important in the laboratory examina- tion, using Beckman COULTER LH750 and microscopic examination can determine the causes of low platelet count.
