从医案数据处理中探寻痛风中医论治规律

摘　　要：目的发现基于医案的痛风中医辨证用药的论证规律。方法搜集整理有关中医治疗痛风的医案,运用相关的数据挖掘技术,以关联规则和熵聚类数据挖掘方法,获得中医治疗痛风的辨证用药理论。结果数据挖掘得到有关中医痛风的证型主要为湿热阻痹证、脾肾两虚证、湿热瘀阻证等,治疗原则以清利湿热、活血通络止痛、健脾益肾等为主,使用药物以清利湿热药、健脾益肾药、活血通络药为主,计算得出46组核心药对配伍和11个新处方。结论经过合理的数据分析和挖掘整理,发现中医在痛风的治疗方面是存在着一定的规律可以探寻摸索的,从中医临床医案转化出的痛风辨证论治理论具备参考价值和实用性。Objective To explore the regular patterns in treating gout with TCM based on medical cases. Meth- otis By collecting and collating the patients with gout treated with TCM, using the relevant data mining technolo- gy, such as the association rules and entropy clustering data mining method, obtaining the syndrome differentia- tion of TCM in the treatment of gout , some regular patterns were summarized. Results The results indicated that the types of gout were mainly damp heat resistance Bi syndrome, spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome, damp heat stasis card and etc. Based on the principles of eliminating dampness and heat, activating blood remo- ving and reinforcing spleen and kidney stasis were the main therapies, the medications used in the treatment were mainly those that could improve to clear the damp heat, spleen-invigorating and kidney, activate blood and dredge collaterals. 46 groups of core medicines compatibility and 11 new prescription were calculated and explored. Conclusion After reasonable analysis and excavation of the data, certain regularities in the treatment of gout with Chinese medicine has discussed , which shows that the dialectical theory from the traditional Chi- nese medicine is valuable and practical in the treatment of gout with traditional Chinese medicine.
