摘 要:后工业社会是一个以"理论知识为中轴"的新型时代,它依赖于知识创新、信息化和市场化程度,尤其是生产要素的非市场化对传统产业升级产生了重要的制约作用。本文以江浙纺织服装产业为例,在对其产业发展现状考察基础上,探讨了要素非市场化对纺织服装产业升级的制约,借鉴西欧、瑞典、西班牙、越南等国实践经验,研究了其制约消解对策。Post-industrial society is a new era of society "to the center of theoretical knowledge", it relies on knowledge innovation, information and the degree of marketization, in particular, the non-market of pro- duction factors has played an important role in restricting the upgrading of traditional industries. This arti- cle takes Jiangsu and Zhejiang textile and garment industry as an example, on the basis of the status quo of its industrial development, discussed the constraints of non-marketization of textile to garment industry, learned from Western Europe, Sweden, Spain, Vietnam and other countries practical experience, and studied the countermeasures to eliminate the restrictive factors.
