“一带一路”框架下海合会国家与中国石油战略的对接

摘　　要：海合会国家位于"一带一路"的战略交汇点处。在"一带一路"战略背景下,加快推进海合会国家与中国石油战略的对接对于双边社会经济的可持续发展以及国际能源安全有着重大意义。本文主要针对海合会国家石油战略以及中国石油战略进行分析,并据此提出海合会国家与中国石油战略合作方面的策略建议,以期双方抓住"一带一路"的战略机遇,从而构建安全、互利、可持续的中海石油战略合作关系。The GCC Countries are located at the strategic intersection of the ＂Belt and Road＂. In the back- ground of ＂Belt and Road＂, it is a great significance for accelerating the bilateral social and economic sus- tainable development and international energy security between GCC Countries and China. Based on the a- nalysis of GCC National Petroleum Strategy and China Petroleum Strategy, this thesis puts forward some strategic suggestions on the strategic cooperation between GCC countries and China in order to seize the strategic opportunity of the ＂Belt and Road＂ thus to so as to build a safe, mutually beneficial and sustain- able strategic partnership.
