摘　　要：可信电子文件需要通过确保其真实性、完整性、保密性和可用性等基本属性来保证其凭证价值。文章通过分析可信电子文件的基本属性及其面临的安全威胁,识别了可信电子文件管理的主要需求,提出以电子文件可信保证为核心、以电子文件处理系统安全防护为外围、以安全基础设施为安全服务支撑的可信电子文件管理总体框架,提出了电子文件可信保证的措施框架并对其中的关键措施进行了初步分析。Trustworthy electronic documents need to keep its voucher value by ensure its basic attributes of authenticity, integrity, confidentiality and availability. This paper analyzed the basic attributes, major security threats and main management requirements of trustworthy electronic documents management, proposed a framework model of trustworthy electronic document management which takes the electronic document assurance as the core, the security protection of the ele^ronic file processing system as the periphery, and the security infrastructure as the security service support, And a framework of electronic document credible guarantee was also proposed with the preliminary analysis of its key measures.
