摘　　要：乙肝病毒相关性肾小球肾炎在临床不十分常见,该病严重地危害了患者的健康,故其治疗受到了临床广泛关注;由于乙肝病毒感染具有一定的传染性,可引发公共卫生事件,因此在治疗过程中需结合具体病例来进行分析。综述乙肝病毒相关性肾小球肾炎的发病机制及其药物治疗的国内外文献,对其治疗进展作了分析。Hepatitis B virus（HBV） associated glomerulonephritis is not very common in clinical practice, which endangers patient＇s health seriously, so its treatment has been paid more and more attention. Since hepatitis B virus infec- tion has certain infectivity and could cause public health events, so the patients should be diagnosed and treated accord- ing to patient＇s concrete condition. In this paper, the literature data on drug therapy mechanism and curative effect of hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis are reviewed and the research progresses are analyzed.
