高校教学档案管理体制和运行机制探析

摘　　要：建立科学高效的教学档案管理体制和运行机制,是高校发展的内在要求,也是教学档案规范化管理的必然要求。基于全面质量管理视角,提出在高校教学档案管理中建立分层领导与管理体制,构建分层管理网络体系,全面厘清分层管理职责,并通过教学档案管理制度机制、收集机制、规范机制、考评机制、服务机制和保障机制等的构建,提高高校教学档案的管理水平和服务质量。To set up a scientific and efficient management system and operational mechanism of teaching archives is an essential requirement for universities＇ development and an inevitable demand for standardizing the management of teaching archives. The paper aims at, from the perspective of overall quality management, the establishment of hierarchical management system, the construction of layered network system and the clarification of stratified management responsibility; meanwhile, it targets at promoting the management standard and the service quality of teaching archives in universities through the construction of teaching archives＇ management system mechanism, collection mechanism, regulatory mechanisms, evaluation mechanism, service mechanism and security mechanism.
