黄山市新型城镇化与旅游业协调关系测度研究

摘　　要：当前皖南国际旅游文化示范区恰逢新型城镇化与旅游业同步发展的重要机遇,如何实现二者的协调发展对国家级示范区的建设具有重要意义.在分析新型城镇化与旅游业关联机理的基础上,建立了二者的发展水平评价体系,通过熵权法确定评价指标权重,运用耦合协调度模型定量测度了黄山市7区县2003-2014年间的协调关系.研究发现:黄山市7区县先后经历了濒临失调→勉强协调→初级协调→中级协调→良好协调的逐步优化演变路径,2010年后7个区县全部进入协调发展阶段,但协调发展的等级和稳定性有待进一步提升.最后提出6条协调发展路径建议,以期实现黄山市新型城镇化与旅游业的协调发展.At present,international tourism and culture demonstration zone of southern Anhui Province coincides with the synchronous development of important opportunities between new urbanization and tourism,how to realize the coordinated development of both is of great significance to the national demon- stration zone construction. On the basis of analyzing the associated mechanism between new urbanization and tourism,the evaluation system of new urbanization and tourism was established in this paper, through the entropy weight method, the evaluation index weights were determine, using the coupled coordination degree,the coordinated relationship between new urbanization and tourism from 2003 to 2014 of seven counties in Huangshan City was measured quantitatively. It was found that seven counties in Huangshan City.successively experienced the gradual optimization evolution path of on the verge of imbalance,barely coordination,iunior to intermediate coordination and good coordination.Seven counties in Huangshan City entered the stage of coordinated development after 2010 years all,but the level and stability of coordinated development need to be improveed.At last,it put forward six coordinated development paths in order to a- chieve coordinated development of new urbanization and tourism in Huangshan City.
