摘  要:[目的]通过实地调研及实验室模拟法筛选汞的富集植物。[方法]采用冷原子荧光光谱法测定万山汞矿植物汞含量,在此基础上,通过实验室模拟法,研究更高土壤汞浓度下,优势植物的汞富集能力。[结果]在土壤汞浓度较低(0.141 mg/kg)时,苣荬菜(Sonchus brachyotus DC.)和野艾蒿(Artemisia lavandulaefolia)具有很高的转运系数,分别为5.95和5.28。根据实验室模拟结果,在土壤汞浓度为4.54和2.76 mg/kg时,苣荬菜和野艾蒿的转运系数分别为1.92和1.26。[结论]在中低土壤汞污染水平下,综合比较9种植物的富集系数、转运系数、生物量及生长繁殖速率等指标,苣荬菜和野艾蒿可作为2种新型汞富集植物。[Objective]Screening out Hg enrichment plants through field investigation and laboratory simulation method.[Method]Determining Wanshan mercury mine plants Hg content by cold atomic fluorescence spectrometry, on this basis, explore the enrichment ability of Hg in dominant plants under higher soil pollution through laboratory simulation method.[Result]When mercury concentration in soil was low (0.141 mg/kg), Sonchus brachyotus DC.and Artemisia lavandulaefolia still has a high transfer coefficient,were 5.95 and 5.28, respectively.According to the simulation results,the transfer coefficient ofSonchus brachyotus DC.and Artemisia lavandulaefolia were 1.92 and 1.26 at soil Hg concentrations of 4.54 and 2.76 mg/kg.[Conclusion]As the enrichment coefficient, transfer coefficient, biomass and growth rate were compared,Sonchus brachyotus DC.and Artemisia lavandulaefolia can be regarded as 2 new mercury enrichment plants under the low and middle level of soil mercury pollution.
