摘  要:以粉煤灰为原料,采用碱熔酸洗和微波水热合成粉煤灰分子筛(PMS),通过SEM、XRD和FTIR等对分子筛进行了形貌和结构分析。研究表明合成PMS的适宜条件:SiO_2/Al_2O_3物质的量比为3.5,微波加热时间40 min,晶化温度100℃,晶化时间8 h。XRD结果显示为P型分子筛,SEM表明PMS结构规整且粒度均匀。PMS对碱性蓝9(BB 9)的吸附量为652.35μg/g,适合处理染料废水。Fly ash molecular sieve (PMS) had been prepared by fly ash as raw material through micro- wave hydrothermal method, alkali fused and acid washed. The production was characterized by SEM, XRD and FTIR. It was found that the optimal synthesis process was: the molar ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 was 3.5, micro- wave time 40 min, reaction temperature was 100℃, reaction time was 8 h. XRD indicated that PMS had the structure of P-type molecular sieve. SEM showed that PMS had regular structure and uniform size. The ad- sorptive capacity of PMS was 652.35μg/g for Basic Blue 9. PMS was suitable for treating dye wastewater.
