摘 要:用羧甲基壳聚糖/二氧化锰复合絮凝剂对染色废水进行脱色处理,结果表明,影响脱色率的单因素有质量比、复合絮凝剂用量、吸附时间、pH、搅拌器转速。对这些因素采用L_(16)(4~5)进行正交试验,得出最佳工艺条件:复合絮凝剂质量比6、复合絮凝剂用量0.95 g/L、吸附时间90 min、pH=8、搅拌器转速220 r/min。在该工艺条件下,平均脱色率为95.32%。The dyeing wastewater was decolorizated by carboxymethyl chitosan-manganese dioxide com- plex flocculant. The single factors affecting the decolorization ratio were mass ratio, dosage of complex floccu- lant, adsorption time, pH as well as agitator speed. The L16(45) orthogonal test was designed with these factors, and the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: complex flocculant mass ratio 6, dosage of complex flocculant 0.95 g/L, adsorption time 90 min, pH=8, and agitator speed 220 r/min. In this case, the average decolorization ratio was 95.32%.
