摘 要:为了获得酪酸菌在工业生产上的便利固态培养条件,以活菌数为考察指标,研究酪酸菌在以豆粕为固态基质在非严格厌氧条件下的生长情况。首先采用单因素实验确定培养温度、培养时间及培养基的含水量对活菌数的影响,然后进行正交实验,获得最优的培养条件。结果表明,最优的培养条件为:培养时间24h,培养温度35℃,培养基含水量60%,该条件下培养出的酪酸菌活菌数可达(10.23±0.26)×10~6 CFU·g^(-1)。In order to obtain convenient solid-state culture conditions of Clostridium butyricum in industrial production.The amount of viable cells was used as the evaluation index.The growth situation of C.butyricum was studied in soybean as a solid medium,under a non strict anaerobic circumstance.First,single factor experiment was used to determine the effect of fermentation temperature,fermentation time and water content on the number of viable bacteria.Then the orthogonal experiment was carried out to acquire the optimal culture conditions.The results showed that the optimal culture conditions were as follows:the medium of soybean was composed of 60% water content,culture time was 24 h,and culture temperature was 35℃.Under these conditions,the maximum number of viable cells of C.butyricum could reach up to(10.23±0.26)×10^6 CFU·g^-1.
