摘 要:为研究自密实钢管混凝土共同工作性能,基于膨胀剂掺量的变化进行了14根圆钢管自密实混凝土的轴心受压试验,探讨分析自密实钢管混凝土的钢管与核心混凝土的变形情况以及膨胀剂掺量对试件轴心受压的影响。试验结果表明:钢管自密实混凝土试件的荷载应变曲线划分为弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段、强化阶段3个受力阶段;适量掺入膨胀剂可以使自密实钢管混凝土中钢管与混凝土变形协调,从而提高两者共同受力的承载力。但过量掺入膨胀剂,钢管壁将过早发生屈曲,降低钢管自密实混凝土的抗压承载力。In order to study the steel pipe from the dense concrete together operating performance,mixed the quantity based on the plumping agent the change to carry on 14 root circle steel pipes from dense concrete axle center bearing experiment,discussion analysis mixed the quantity from the dense steel pipe concrete steel pipe and the core concrete distortion situation as well as the plumping agent to the test sample axle center bearing influence.The test result indicated that,The steel pipe divides from the dense concrete test sample load strain curve into the elastic stage,the elastic-plasticity stage,the strengthened stage three stress stages;Right amount mixes in the plumping agent to be possible to cause from the dense steel pipe concrete in the steel pipe and the concrete distortion coordination,thus enhances both common stress the supporting capacity.But excessive will mix in the plumping agent prematurely,the steel pipe wall has the flexure,reduces the steel pipe from the dense concrete resistant to compression supporting capacity.
