棉单珠地面料改进工艺研究

摘　　要：针对棉单珠地面料进行改进生产研究,采用29.53 tex Supima~棉和22.22 tex/96 f Coolplus~涤纶开发新型单珠地休闲面料。详细阐述改进编织工艺,包括原料选择、设备参数、织针排列、三角排列、穿纱方式等,以及前处理、染色、后处理、定形等染整工艺,并对比分析改进前、改进后纯棉单珠地面料的基本性能和吸湿快干性能。结果表明,改进后的面料具有吸湿快干、尺寸稳定等优点,是理想的休闲、运动面料。Through improvement of production, the paper designs the single cross tuck casual fabric by using 29.53 tex Supima^（R） cotton and 22.22 tex/96 f Coolplus^（R） polyester, tt introduces in detail the improved knitting tech- nology including materials selection, equipment parameters, needle arrangement, cam arrangement, threading ways, and the technology of pretreatment, dyeing, post-treatment and size-setting. In addition, it compares the fundamen- tal and moisture-absorbing and fast-dry properties of the cotton knitted single cross tuck fabric and the improved fabric. The results show that the improved fabric has the advantages of moisture-absorbing and fast-dry and dimen- sional stability, whieh is surtable for being used as casual and sport fabrics.
